This shot was taken from the deck of our cruise ship, looking at the city of Roseau. You can see how the rugged mountains begin right at the edge of town. Mountains cover most of the island, the tallest being nearly 5,000 feet high. Pretty impressive for an island that's only 16 miles at it's widest.
